Why we're careful about claims

In real estate, a fabricated fact isn't a rounding error — it sends a team chasing a deal that doesn't exist, or worse, into a decision built on sand. That's why DealMap Intel is designed to refuse to invent data. It would be easy to make the product look more complete by filling gaps with plausible guesses. We don't, and we won't.

As a young company, we'd rather tell you plainly what the platform does today than overpromise. If something isn't ready, we'll say so. That posture is the whole point.
