DealMap Intel
What we build on

Data sources

DealMap Intel draws on public and licensed data across the categories that matter to acquisition research. Every source is tracked honestly — including when a source is unavailable.

Source categories

The signals behind a property.

Coverage and availability vary by market and provider; the platform reflects what each source actually returns.

Parcel data

Boundaries, identifiers, and characteristics from authoritative jurisdictional records.

Ownership

Owner names and entity relationships, resolved to a consistent identity.

Permits

Building and development permit activity where published.

Zoning

Zoning and land-use context to inform development potential.

Flood & environmental

Flood and environmental risk context from public hazard sources.

Market signals

Demographic and market indicators that inform where to look.
Honest status

When a source is down, we say so.

Public data providers are not always available. Rather than fabricate or silently drop fields, DealMap Intel records source status and reflects gaps transparently.

Additive by design

New providers are added as a layer behind the shared pipeline — never a fork. That means a new source strengthens every downstream stage at once, and the evidence model stays consistent across markets.

A note on coverage

Coverage expands market by market.

DealMap Intel does not claim complete active nationwide parcel coverage. We are transparent about where coverage is live and where it is being built. If you need a specific market, tell us and we'll be candid about the timeline.
