Acquisition Evidence Readiness Assessment
Enter what you know and where it came from. This tool classifies each fact, flags conflicts and stale sources, lists what's missing, and assigns a readiness label — based only on your evidence, with no scoring or recommendations.
Add facts and sources to evaluate research readiness.
Methodology & Unknowns
How each fact is classified
A fact is VERIFIED when it names a primary source within its freshness window, LIKELY_OR_RELATED when supported but not primary-verified, UNSUPPORTED when a value has no source, STALE when its source is too old, CONFLICTING when supplied values disagree, and UNKNOWN when absent.
How the readiness label is assigned
Any conflict forces CONFLICT_REQUIRES_RESOLUTION. No usable evidence is INSUFFICIENT_EVIDENCE. Missing core identity is SOURCE_REQUIRED. Strong verified core plus broad coverage is HUMAN_REVIEW_READY; otherwise PRELIMINARY_RESEARCH_READY.
Unknown State Policy
Any dimension you do not supply is explicitly UNKNOWN and counted as missing — never assumed or filled in.
Evidence Disclosures & Limitations
Disclosures
- • The assessment uses only the evidence you enter; it fetches nothing and calls no provider.
- • Classification depends on whether you name a source, its date, and its verification level.
- • Completeness is a factual count of dimensions with usable evidence, not an invented confidence number.
Limitations
- • It reflects only the evidence you supply and cannot validate your sources for you.
- • It produces no valuation, cap rate, or investment score.
- • It makes no motivation, distress, or buy/sell claim.
