Property Data Coverage Checker
Choose a geography, asset class, and the data you need. This tool maps each capability to the source category that can supply it and how — without ever claiming verified coverage for a specific parcel.

Methodology & Unknowns
How a capability is classified
Each requested capability is matched to its preferred source category from a fixed catalog. The category, whether it is configured, and its licensing/freshness caveats determine the reported state. Geographic support is described as likely, never confirmed.
Why active coverage is never asserted
Confirming coverage for a specific parcel would require calling a data provider. This tool makes no such calls, so it reports what CAN be sourced, and marks verified active coverage as unavailable.
Unknown State Policy
If a capability has no cataloged source, it is reported as COVERAGE_UNKNOWN or NOT_SUPPORTED — never guessed or shown as available.
Evidence Disclosures & Limitations
Disclosures
- • Results describe SOURCE CATEGORIES the platform can use (public records, keyless public data, licensed providers, manual import), not verified coverage of any specific parcel.
- • Whether a source is 'configured' reflects only whether its credential is present in this deployment — never the credential value, and never a live provider result.
- • No paid provider is ever called by this tool.
Limitations
- • It does not confirm coverage for any specific parcel or address.
- • County public-record availability and format vary widely; some require manual export.
- • Licensed-provider coverage depends on a license this tool cannot verify.
- • Owner contact / entity data is legally sensitive and always routed to legal review.
